Job Description:
This position will be primarily home based in addition to attending brand building events and monthly onsite collaboration at the winery and vineyard in Salem, Oregon.

As the Brand Manager for Evening Land Vineyards, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong connections with our customers, including VIP’s, followers and trade groups. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy that enhances consumer engagement, increases brand loyalty, and drives revenue growth. The position is focused on both digital and printed content so will require the ability to work seamlessly with cross-departmental partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, consumer engagement, and brand advocacy.
In this role you will have accountabilities for all levels of brand development and management including but not limited to email campaigns, social media, websites, journals, print collateral, onsite POS and media and trade presentations. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
• Research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including email, corporate sales, social media posting and marketing, website, workshops, advertisements, sales tools, and other initiatives. Track performance goals against monthly, yearly forecasting responsibilities.
• Develops, manages, and executes email marketing calendar across all email tiers including timing, cadence, and promotional, plans. Collaborate with Director of E-Commerce to coordinate segmentation, inventory and shipping strategies.
• Monitor marketing trends in and around email to bring new strategies and tactics to Evening Land.
• Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
• Design post-campaign evaluation performance by conducting or coordinating research and tracking project development, collating results into regular quality reports. Utilize data to leverage insights to make directive, proactive recommendations related to email strategy and programs.
• Work closely with Director of E-Commerce to track and enhance testing agenda to continuously improve the email program.
• Develop a clear and compelling customer loyalty program strategy that aligns with wineries objectives and consumer needs, collaborating with Customer Service and Hospitality teams to define program features, benefits, and rewards that resonate with our target audience and enhance consumer experiences.
• Facilitate lifecycle strategy for moving consumers through segments based on business objectives and lifetime value utilization.
• Collaborate with Director of Marketing for content acquisition and planning across digital platforms, manage posting and communication of content ensuring it meets the strategic goals of increasing engagement, awareness, and guest conversion.
• Work closely with content creators and graphic design to develop materials that resonate with customers and objectives.
• Collaborate in the development of social content to be used across platforms, share insights and research on new and creative ways to grow our audience; develop and execute key social media programs across brands.
• Assist creative team in various projects including but not limited to winery collateral, sales POS needs, tasting room collateral, brand presentations and more, ensuring each piece is on brand and messaging is reaching end consumer effectively.
• Partner closely with internal Creative, E-commerce, Marketing, and Hospitality teams to craft messaging strategies and content in support of seasonal initiatives.
• Plan, develop, manage and execute quarterly consumer events.
• Collaborate on in-house platforms with scheduling for materials including tech sheets, bottle shots, content needs for campaigns.
• Always act as an ambassador for Provignage, interacting with neighbors, industry partners, and customers. Attend community tastings and events as requested.
• Represent winery at special hospitality events and marketing functions as needed.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the program’s value proposition.
• Assist in branding of new hospitality space at the vineyard at Seven Springs Vineyard, opening 2026.
Abilities, Qualities and Qualifications:
• Must provide campaign and release reports for continuous improvement.
• Must immediately master internal platforms – Monday.com, HubSpot, , Shopify, WineDirect, Slack, SharePoint.
• Must have experience managing brands, loyalty programs and consumer segmented groups.
• Must be experienced leading, collaborating and influencing across departments and have strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to manage collaboration relationships, events and opportunities.
• Must have a strong interest in food, wine, and culinary exploration.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Must have the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth wine collectors and customers.
• Must have the ability to facilitate esprit de corps.
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field
WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1-4 (preferred)
