The first edition of the Asia Green Cup of Eco Clubs will take place in the United Arab Emirates from 8 October to 6 November 2025. Along with IUCN World Conservation Congress, SECOTO is set to launch the only mega sports event on conservation in Asia, where sports, culture and entertainment will meet with conservation.
32 Eco sports Clubs that share the common goal of championing sustainable conservation through the fusion of sports and climate action, will participate along with 211 NGOs, and 10,000 conservationists. Millions of sports fans and climate activists will follow the event via the coverage of 120 international media.
Asian Green cup will bring not just their sports talents but also reveal commitment to intertwining sports and climate action. Through their diverse initiatives, these Eco teams demonstrate that the language of sports can transcend borders and effectively communicate the importance of conservation and climate resilience in Asia and beyond.
By combining sports with environmental awareness, the event seeks to inspire individuals, communities, and governments to take action towards a more sustainable future and inspire the other countries of the World.
